With over 15 years of experience in the legal field, Vivian is a lawyer with solid training and specialization in Compliance, Anti-Corruption Ethics, Digital Law, Social Security Practice, and Tax Law. She holds an ICCP International Compliance Certificate and is a member of the Argentine Association of Ethics and Compliance (AAEC) as well as of the Legislation Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM). She specialized in Compliance, with degrees from State University of Campinas (Faculdade de Campinas - FACAMP) and Universidad del CEMA (UCEMA) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and in Digital Law and Data Privacy at ESD and Opice Blum Academy. She also has postgraduate degrees in Tax Law and Social Security Practice.
With a professional career that includes experience in labor, tax, contracts, and corporate law, Vivian is now responsible for managing the firm and ensuring excellence in meeting our clients' demands. She regularly attends seminars, courses, and lectures to keep up to date and ensure we offer the best legal support to our clients.

Karina is a lawyer with postgraduate degrees in Extrajudicial Advocacy and is currently a postgraduate student in Family and Succession Law. She has a strong professional background, having worked as a specialist lawyer in civil, family, and extrajudicial areas since 2020. With over 8 years of experience in extrajudicial notary work, including roles as a clerk and team coordinator in civil registries, she is responsible for assisting our clients by providing legal certainty and technical clarifications related to extrajudicial procedures, such as notaries and mediations through auxiliary bodies like CEJUSC and Arbitral Justice. Over the past three years, she has received specialized training in these areas and provided strategic legal advice and representation.
Currently, she oversees the civil, family, and consumer sectors at Maia Pereira Advocacia.
Her extensive experience has provided her with a practical understanding of the processes involved in various types of registry offices, including Civil Registry, Real Estate Registry, Titles and Documents, Notary Public, Procon, and Town Halls. With a strong legal background and extensive experience in extrajudicial matters, we are dedicated to providing our clients with comprehensive support. This includes not only resolving disputes but also effectively handling notary matters, always tailored to each client's individual needs and objectives.
As a postgraduate student in Criminal Law and Procedure at Mackenzie University in Campinas, Felipe is passionate about Criminal Law. His journey is guided by unwavering willpower and focus. During his undergraduate studies, he conducted a research project on the 'Criminal Liability of Financial Pyramid Managers', and his monograph 'Insider Trading: Fundamentals and Limits of Criminal Protection in the Crime of Misuse of Inside Information' received top marks in its presentation.
He is currently employed as a senior cabinet advisor at Nova Odessa City Hall, where he provides legal support to the municipal prosecutors and works closely with the city's legislative branch. His experience extends beyond criminal law to include public law, both in the administrative and litigation spheres..
